FROM THE DESK OF THE PRESIDENT

 

 

Summer time is upon us but it will be only a few short weeks before we begin again.  NTAPT and its executive committee will begin planning for next year to make it on outstanding year.  It is said that the busiest people are the people who get things done.  We all fit that menu and we all collectively seem to get things done.  The Roadeo was another success but it can be bigger and we will be working for more districts to become involved.  This past year was the first for a Special Needs Roadeo at the Regional level for us.  We had some interesting and informative speakers at our meetings.  We plan to continue that and we ask for your help in putting forth any names to us that we can schedule for upcoming meetings. Our organization continues to work together to solve problems in the pupil transportation industry.  

 

We want you to look to NTAPT as a resource of information to improve your operation and cause it to run more efficiently.

 

The executive team, Doug Becker, Pres.-Elect, Linda Berrier, Treasurer, Rhonda Davis, Secretary, and Joe Patterson, Historian will be meeting this summer in planning for next year.  We solicit your support and your comments as we do our best to make your chapter better and better.
