• Deadline for all contestant and team registration and payment is March 13th. No payments or registrations will be accepted after that date.

• NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE

• All districts may register up to 5 conventional and transit contestants and 3 SPED teams.

• Drivers: Must not have had a preventable school bus accident (as defined by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, NHTSA) since August 1, 2025. (Definition of a Preventable Accident) “An occurrence involving an employer owned or leased vehicle that results in an accident in which the driver in question failed to exercise every reasonable precaution to prevent it.”

• The Travelling plaque for the Gen-ed Team with the highest cumulative score is returning to the Road-eo.

• In keeping with the same qualifications as the State competition, preventable accidents will not disqualify a driver from competing in the Road-eo.

• There will be 5 events on the Gen-ed side and possibly 1 surprise event.

• All contestants MUST present their Valid Texas CDL License; Current DOT card and Current School Bus Certification Card upon check-in.
