Directors, Assistant Directors, Fleet Managers, and decision-makers are invited to attend the 2025–2026 Roadeo Vendor Event and help demonstrate the importance of our partnership with vendors who continually support our districts and our organization. These vendors are investing their time and resources to attend this event specifically to meet with district decision-makers, and our commitment to being present matters. Feel free to share this link with your Assistant Directors and any decision makers who can attend.

Attendance does not obligate any purchase. This event is simply an opportunity to listen, learn, and engage in meaningful conversations about solutions that support safety, operations, and service across our districts. By showing up, we show our appreciation and support for these valued partners.

With multiple Roadeos taking place on the same day, your presence at this event is especially impactful. Even if your district does not have a team competing, your participation helps ensure a successful event and strengthens relationships that benefit everyone involved.
